I am a Texas writer.

As a writer, I believe words are the only objects of human creation that endure through the ages. Pyramids decay, buildings crumble, paintings fade. But words—whether three thousand years old or three minutes old—possess the potential to enter the soul as fresh and as forceful as the day they were first uttered or penned.

As a Texan, I am an 1836% pure bred, open range native son of the great Lone Star.

As a Texas writer, I tell stories about the people, the places, and the past of my own blood’s country. My writing on Texas can be found at Y’allogy.
